Our Italian cooking courses in Italy organized as one-to-one or in small groups, held in the kitchens of some of the best restaurants in Florence. They are practical courses: the students prepare the dishes studied together with the chef. The chefs who teach the courses are professional cooks with a special flair for teaching, and the courses are suitable for beginners as well as chefs who want to specialize in Italian cuisine.
The cooking course program of one-to-one courses is always adapted to the level and the needs of the student.
The small group Italian cooking courses (3-4 participants) last for a minimum of one week. The period of study for the one-to-one courses is very flexible. At the end of a 4-week course of one-to-one instruction the participant will receive the diploma of “Cuoco di Gala”.
The only thing requested for taking our Italian cooking courses in Italy, is that you enjoy cooking. No particular requirements nor enrollment in our Italian courses are requested to attend this programm.

In a marvellous natural setting outside Florence (20-minutes by bus from downtown Florence), we organize Italian cooking courses for small groups up to 4 participants.
The Italian cooking course at the “Villa” is especially suitable for those who want to combine the study of Italian cuisine with a relaxing holiday. The Villa is located on one of the hills outside Florence, which has a beautiful view of the city.
“I 4 Amici” is one the very few restaurants in Florence which specializes in seafood, without disregarding other traditional dishes. All recipes are designed to integrate the taste of the Italian and Mediterranean food with the elegance of their presentation. This Italian cooking course is characterized by its wide program which ranges from seafood to meat to homemade pasta and pizza.

Our Italian cooking courses held at “Da Lino” are an excellent opportunity to acquire and to deepen knowledge of traditional Italian and Tuscan cuisine and to learn Florentine specialities. Modern and old dishes are offered with high competence and creativity.
