COURSES IN STREAMING, HELD ONLINE
In this particular time with the closing of the borders between the different countries, the cancellation of a lot of flights and the quarantine that forces many people to stay at home, we thought about offering our students the possibility of studying remotely, that is, with the teacher who gives the lessons in streaming, interacting with you through your computer!
We offer various courses in streaming, such as:
- Italian language lessons,
- art history lessons,
- History of Florence lessons,
- italian cooking lessons,
- Italian literature lessons lessons.
All these lessons in streaming can be organized both with generic programs and with more specific and in-depth programs, according to your preferences and to your personal motivation, that could be:
- a simple hobby, which however allows you to learn something new
- group lessons that will allow you to get to know people (and interact with them!) who share your passions
- lessons for children, which give them the opportunity to grow their cultural knowledge
- lessons aimed at deepening some specific topic
- individual or bi-individual lessons with a personalized program made on request
Each lesson hour lasts 60 minutes.

The price of our art history and history of Florence courses in streaming does not depend on the chosen program, it is calculated according to the amount of the total hours of lessons and to the type of course, as follows:

ITALIAN COOKING LESSONS
Italian cuisine is known all over the world for the richness of its recipes and the authenticity of its ingredients, without forgetting that Mediterranean cuisine is considered one of the healthiest.
Someone could say: but I don’t know how to cook! This is not a problem: we can teach you quick and easy recipes, to be done in just 15 minutes, which will amaze your palate!
The recipes will be sent to the participants in advance, so that they can prepare all the materials and the ingredients needed, in order to be ready for the lesson.
You can choose to join one only lesson OR to follow a course of 4 lessons!
Single lessons programs:
- Easy dinner/ easy lunch (1 lesson)
It includes preparing 1 appetizer, 1 first course and 1 dessert. The lesson lasts 1 hour and has a maximum of 10 participants. - Deluxe dinner/ deluxe lunch (1 lesson)
It includes the preparation of 4 courses: 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 second course (vegetarian or meat) and 1 dessert. The lesson lasts 1h 45′ and has a maximum of 10 participants.
- Easy dinner/ easy lunch (1 lesson)
Courses’ programs
These courses are organized for small groups (max. 4 participants) or in individual formula. Each course consists of 4 lessons of 2 hours each.
- Traditional Italian pastry (8 hours total):
The courses focuses on the the realization of traditional desserts of Italian cuisine. - Italian bakery (8 hours total)
Preparation of bread and pasta, according to the Italian tradition. - Traditional Italian cuisine (8 hours total)
During this course you will perfome the recipes of the traditional dishes of the Italian cuisine.
These courses can be deepened in a professional way (1st, 2nd and 3rd level) with a premium package made on purpose and with the obtaining of a final certification.

At our school each lesson hour lasts 60 minutes. In many other schools the lesson hour lasts 45 or 50 minutes and the prices of their courses, apparently lower, are actually higher of 25% (or 20%) of those written on their brochure.
