GENERAL RULES

The course fee must be paid before or on the first day of lessons. Cancellations shall be made by email or fax. If they are made within the 15 days preceding the beginning of the course, 30% of the course fee will be kept. Once the course has started no reimbursement will be made.

The certificate of enrollment which is required to apply for a Visa will be issued after reception of the whole course fee. In case the Visa will not be granted, 30% of the payment will be kept.

All amounts not reimbursed can still be used for the same course or other courses within a year.

All disputes shall be judged by the Florence court of Justice.
